An endeavor that saw over 20 enthusiastic school children taking charge of nurturing the garden from scratch. A meaningful Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative in collaboration with African Bank (AFB), aimed at making a tangible difference in the local community. The project involved the establishment of a sustainable garden at Iketleetso High School.
The initiative, orchestrated by Pula Management, sought to promote sustainability and empower the younger generation with practical skills in agriculture and environmental stewardship. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, the school children enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to cultivate the garden, learning valuable lessons about the importance of food security and healthy living.
From clearing the land to planting seeds and tending to the growing crops, the young participants were actively involved in every step of the gardening process. Their dedication and hard work were evident as they worked tirelessly to transform the once barren patch of land into a thriving green space teeming with life.
